EVALUATION - Question 5
5. How did you attract/address your audience?
I made my product attractive to my audience by using the colour red as it stands out from a far. So if it was placed on a magazine stand in a newsagents, your eye would be attracted to it. Also I used the red triangle shape on the front cover to grab your eye as it is edgy and adds to that edge. the image I used an interesting image as it makes you want to read into the product. I made the cover interesting but also easy on th eyes. Which means I didnt squeeze loads of information on it. This is ideal for my target audience because the attention span of a teenager/young adult is low, meaning they are more likely to read into the magazine.

EVALUATION - Question 4
4. Who would be the audience for your media product?
My media product would appleal to a few audiences.
It would appeal to music lovers as they love a music magazine packed with juicy interviews about the latest star of pop and want to know where is the hottest venue!
The principle age group for my product would be from 16-26. The reason for this is because within the interview with Deena Rose, the interview/writing style was laid back and informal as this would appeal to the age group.

EVALUATION - Question 3
3. What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?
For my magazine i think that newsagents would be an ideal institution to distribute my product. This is because they are very easy to locate and find as they are very popular, which means more people will buy my magazine. Also I think music shops that sell musical instruments and other musical item would stock and sell my magazine as that is a direct link to my target audience of music lovers.
